You said, one of the employers we liaised with have been making suggestions to young female apprentices to dress inappropriately whilst attending work.
We investigated, found there were grounds for your complaints and stop working with that employer, in fact, they have been reported to both the local safeguarding board and Police for inappropriate and illegal work practices.

Employers

You said, you wanted to know more about diversity.
We arranged to deliver seminars to ensure that you do, free of charge. We have also tightened up our induction procedures to ensure that all learners have time to ask questions about this issue as well as Equality of Opportunity, Health and Safety, Safeguarding and possible future routes to further development.

We are now working with Giltbrook Care Home.

We have carried out an SAR and were amazed at the results, we are consistantly getting better at working with you. However, we still need more of your feedback to keep us on our toes. Learners, employers, partners email to request a feedback form and tell us how we can improve. Or simply email and express your opinion about our service to you info@lifelong.org.uk. We are now working in partnership with HSC Diploma Help. They provide answers to reflective accounts and as well as all the mandatory units they have done many optional units for all levels (2, 3 and 5) visit their site and buy help www.hscdiplomahelp.co.uk. BUT, remember the material is for help only and copying them will be plagiarism! We are now working with quals-direct as our e-portfolio. We did some research and found them to be supportive and friendly. The e-portfolio is easy to use and their charges are the best on the market
